Welcome to the New Brunswick Sportfishing Association

The New Brunswick Sport Fishing Association (NBSFA) wishes to elevate the sport of bass fishing while promoting Catch and Release to increase conservation of our resource for future anglers to enjoy. Our Association strives to introduce many to the sport of bass angling and ultimately to tournament angling. We collaborate with private and government agencies to help fund studies on smallmouth bass in our waterways, standardizing tournament rules to increase boater/angler safety and working to improve fish handling methods to minimize fish mortality at tournament events.
